RowTidy is an AI-powered data cleaning and standardization tool that processes Excel, CSV, and PDF files to clean, standardize, and transform data. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

If you purchase a subscription or pay-per-use service:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RowTidy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RowTidy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, suits, or proceedings, as well as any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RowTidy regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
